About Us
CyberCare Philippines is a group which is composed of persons with a common passion to help our less fortunate brother and sisters. It was formed on November 09, 2008 during our conversation of a group of persons who met and knew each other on the internet through a series of eyeballs (meetings) and were discussing their purpose in life as a group that an out reach project was conceptualized.
On the 14th of the same month, fourteen members were present who contributed their ideas in the formulation of the Vision-Mission and the Objectives. Likewise, Officers were elected and committees were formed. Furthermore, a project which involves the elderly was proposed, target date was also discussed and other matters that pertain to the implementation were taken up. Series of meetings were held to take up some concerns. Finally, the big day came and the project was realized and was truly success. Thus the birth of Cybercare.
The Logo
The two big letter "C" and the Philippine map depict the group name with the sun and the stars which represent our county. The laurel leaf also represent our group globally as we received support from friends, acquaintances and close relatives worldwide. The hand is our symbol of extending our help to our less fortunate brothers and sisters and our expression of care for it gets people into it. The alibata characters is an old Filipino way of writing script which means our group name Cybercare Philippines.
